Roasts (3-4 lbs each)
Shoulder roast- 2 Packages
Chuck roast- 3 packages

Steaks (standard is 3/4" thick, 2 per package)
NY strip - 6-7 steaks
Filet Mignon - 5-6 steaks
Rib eye - 5-6 steaks

Round steak (on a quarter, half are tenderized) 4-6 steaks

You will receive approximately 40 lbs of ground beef. The beef is packaged in 1 lb vacuum sealed packages.
